"We decided to move over with StateFarm over a year ago, and when we finally needed the agency, Misty was unprofessional and concluded that since she has been in insurance for 28 years that she doesn’t make mistakes. Lastly we spoke to Virginia and when I mentioned her agents unprofessional comments she failed to acknowledge my concerns. No empathy for their customers at all. Would not recommend."
